Job Summary

As an integral part of our organization youll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of Automated Fueling System Equipment Maintenance (AFHE-MX) Hydrant Fueling Automation Maintenance (HFAM) and Automated Fuel System modifications and installations at sites and projects around the globe.

*This role reports directly to the ICS Program Manager and Customer.
*This role requires some travel and flexible work hours.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Planning executing monitoring and updating detailed schedules supporting ICS Programs Projects and personnel including installs maintenance and proposals.
  • Directing and managing the use of personnel subcontractors tools and materials to meet aggressive schedules while maintaining value and a high quality of work that is consistent with KBR and stakeholder standards.
  • Managing the coordination and completion of preventative and corrective maintenance within strict timelines of contract requirements.
  • Developing personnel and driving growth of the ICS Portfolio.
  • Creating Developing Coordinating the maintenance of and tracking project documents deliverables and submitting that information to management cost control and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing the generation interpreting updating approval and maintenance of designs and drawings.
  • Submitting tailored weekly/monthly reports for tracking safety costs materials and the execution of programs and projects. Creating and maintaining positive relationships while effectively engaging and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Organizing scheduling and conducting quality task order status and design review conferences. Preparing and delivering conference notes and meeting minutes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • More than 10 years experience in Technical Fuels Systems.
  • More than 5 years experience managing government or commercial fuel programs and projects.
  • Experience with fuels systems as applied to AFSI/AFHE/HFAM.
  • Experience in dealing with Government Contracts.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or logistics related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current possession of a government CAC preferred.
  • Active or previous security clearance preferred.
