The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of front office management experience within a comparable-size hotel. They should demonstrate strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills along with hands-on experience in ordering and scheduling. Excellence in customer service attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments are essential. Proficiency in hotel management software and familiarity with safety and security procedures are also important. Prior Hilton experience and knowledge of OnQ are preferred but not required.
Shift Pattern: Open availability is required including weekdays weekends and holidays based on business demands. This position will primarily support overnight operations. Typical shift pattern is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
