Main Missions :
- Lead continuous improvement activities in the business sector
- Reduce production costs and optimize production processes
- Undertake activities within the continuous improvement process
- Actively seek opportunities for improvement and new initiatives
- Promote and develop a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
- Maintain and apply the principles of 5S LPA and Kaizen projects
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the position
- Responsibility for the operation of the continuous improvement process (including responsibility for process results monitoring of process indicators and corrective actions related to the process)
- Commit to respecting the principles of the environmental health and safety management systems and the IATF in place in the establishment.
To be successful for this role :
- Holder of an engineering degree in industrial engineering or similar (Bac5)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a continuous improvement engineer or similar in an automotive industry (Highly desirable)
- Mastery of Kaizen 5S and LPA tools Good knowledge of the requirements of the automotive industry
Language Skills:
- Good communication skills in both French and English is required
