Engineering Associate: $44.49 / hourly OT Eligible
Engineer/Architect 1: $3563.25 / biweekly OT Ineligible

The working environment you can expect:
This position is based in Fairbanks at the DOT&PF complex on Peger Road where design construction maintenance and support staff are all within walking distance. The role provides a dynamic blend of office work field visits and team collaboration with opportunities to engage directly with stakeholders. Intermittent summer travel and occasional winter travel may be required for site visits or meetings which could include travel by small plane or boat.

FLEXIBLY STAFFED
This position is flexibly staffed. It may be filled at the Engineering Assistant 3 Engineering Associate or Engineer/Architect 1 level depending on the applicants training and/or experience. The full range of salaries is listed above. Starting salary will be determined by the level the position is hired at. If filled at a lower level promotion to the higher level will occur upon successful completion of the probationary period and required training as well as the applicant meeting the minimum qualifications of the higher job class.
