Were looking for a Learning Experience Specialist to join our team for a temporary 5-month part-time assignment. We are open to both freelancers and temporary contracts.
In this role you will be instrumental in customizing and optimizing our existing learning content to meet the specific needs of our clients. Your main focus will be on adapting our established blended learning materials rather than building new programs from scratch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys diving deep into existing content and tailoring it for maximum impact. Youll work closely with our product and client teams to ensure our learning experiences are perfectly aligned with each customers unique context.
Your primary responsibility will be to customize our learning portfolio for key clients. This includes:
Adjusting classroom scenarios and case studies to be customer-specific.
Integrating client terminology and examples across all learning content.
Modifying the classroom setup such as adjusting program duration or adapting to larger group sizes.
Adding bespoke content like custom videos articles webinars or surveys.
Managing stakeholder expectations by collaborating with both clients (customer-facing) and internal teams to ensure high-quality and efficient project delivery.
Proven experience of 2-3 years in learning design instructional design or a similar role.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with professional fluency in English (Dutch nice to have)
Strong attention to detail and a knack for understanding specific client needs.
Experience in adapting and customizing existing learning content.
Familiarity with e-learning development tools like Articulate Storyline and/or Rise.
Proficiency with presentation software such as Google Slides or PowerPoint.
(Nice-to-have but not required) Experience with Adobe Illustrator and project management tools like Jira.
Successfully manage and deliver content customizations for a variety of clients.
Ensure all tailored learning materials meet Lepayas quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to understand and implement client-specific requirements.
