At IQVIA the Healthcare team works with hospitals insurers and public administrations to help them better understand what is happening within their organizations and support them in processes of improvement innovation and transformation. We do this by combining data analysis organizational knowledge and our industry expertise.
Our projects range from measurement and evaluation of initiatives leveraging data to strategic consulting projects such as digital transformation clinical management or optimization of care processes. Always with a practical collaborative approach focused on generating real impact in decision-making and improving the functioning of the healthcare system.
We are looking for a Healthcare Consultant with experience in consulting or project management who combines clinical and analytical knowledge and is eager to develop their career by leading diverse projects with clients in the healthcare sector.
Participate in the design execution and monitoring of projects for healthcare organizations and lead them independently.
Analyze clinical care-related and organizational data to generate insights.
Translate clinical needs into practical data-driven solutions.
Prepare high-quality deliverables (reports presentations dashboards etc.).
Collaborate directly with stakeholders in the healthcare sector and facilitate joint working sessions.
Support the development of proposals.
Learn contribute and grow within a multidisciplinary team with a high level of collaboration.
Degree in Health Sciences (Medicine Nursing) Biomedical Engineering Biostatistics or other related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in:
Ability to analyze synthesize and structure ideas
Analytical skills and experience handling clinical data
Methodical logical and results-oriented approach
Proactivity autonomy and eagerness to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills fluent in English
Ability to engage with clients and work collaboratively in teams
Efficient management of multiple projects and priorities under pressure
Strong execution and adherence to deadlines
Advanced Excel skills
Practical and structured problem-solving
