At the Hotel Weyanoke we take pride in offering our guests an unforgettable stayand it all begins with a clean comfortable environment. Were looking for a detail-oriented dependable and friendly Housekeeper to join our hospitality team.
As a Housekeeper youll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring our guest rooms and public spaces are sparkling clean well-stocked and inviting. Youll also be a key part of our supportive collaborative team culture.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Clean and service guest rooms suites and public areas according to brand standards
- Maintain housekeeping areas by keeping supplies organized floors swept and trash emptied
- Wash dry fold and stock linens and towels daily
- Replenish guest room amenities and check paper products for condition and accuracy
- Report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly
- Follow proper key handling and security procedures
- Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping supervisor to prioritize daily tasks
- Ensure all assigned rooms are inspected and complete before the end of your shift
What Were Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand bend lift (up to 35 lbs) and move throughout an 8-hour shift
- Ability to read understand and follow instructions in English
- Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- (Hotel experience is a plus but not requiredwere happy to train the right candidate!)
