This role will be based out of Bengaluru India
A Bachelors degree is required. Graduate degree preferred.
Overall experience of 8 10 years in finance compensation or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices.
Deep compensation knowledge required including understanding of APAC AMET compensation practices and regulations.
Fluency in English.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities including the ability to listen synthesize ideas and explain complex issues clearly and succinctly to various audiences.
The ability to work independently take on responsibility and be nimble in a fast-paced change-oriented environment.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees within the organization.
Strong Excel and analytics skills.
Strong problem solving communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player.
Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.
Ability to connect disparate data sources and operationalize tasks. Comfortable with large data sets.
Highly analytical and quantitative skills and detail-driven with emphasis on accuracy coupled with the ability to see the broader picture.
Experience enhancing and/or implementing compensation systems and reporting tools.
Proficiency in Excel Macros; familiarity with SQL Power BI Power Pivot and Tableau experience is preferred.
Proficiency in writing clear narratives that effectively translate concepts decisions and data insights while adapting communication style appropriately for different stakeholders.
