Reports To: Site Operations Manager
Team: Facility & Production Maintenance team (8 members)
Working Conditions: Day Shift

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Maintenance team ensuring proactive and reactive support for all equipment and infrastructure.
Manage plant maintenance budgets and deliver annual KPI/process improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with Health Safety Environment and Fire standards.
Drive operational effectiveness (zero downtime improved MTBF reduced total hours lost).
Support Apprenticeship Program training succession planning and diversity initiatives.
Implement best practice policies procedures and continuous improvement (TIC IDEA TWW).
Deliver projects within CAPEX budget.
Support product/program launches with zero disruption and on budget.
Requirements
Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or engineering function.
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes KPI management and continuous improvement methods.
Ability to manage budgets projects and drive operational excellence.
Solid understanding of HSE standards and compliance.
Skilled in mentoring coaching and developing technical teams.
Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Preferred / Desirable
Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles and ability to support their implementation.
Familiarity with Lean tools and methods (Kaizen 5S root cause analysis reliability programs).
Experience with innovation and modern manufacturing practices.
Background in automotive high-volume manufacturing or chemical industry
