Location: Dallas TX 75226

Shift: 10 HR Days 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: (50 hours/week)

Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cardiac Sonographer to join our team in a full-time permanent this role you will perform high-quality echocardiographic exams and collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare professionals to support patient care. Candidates with advanced experience in structural heart TEE and stress echocardiography are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures including transthoracic transesophageal and stress echocardiograms.
Operate ultrasound equipment to produce and record images of the heart for diagnostic purposes.
Analyze results and present findings to physicians and cardiologists.
Assist in structural heart procedures and intraoperative TEE as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all departmental policies and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure a high level of patient care.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited cardiac sonography program.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer.
Certifications (Required-at least one of the following):
- RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) through CCI
- RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) through ARDMS
- ACS (Advanced Cardiac Sonographer)
Additional Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)-must be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer.
Preferred Experience:
- Structural heart imaging
- Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)
- Stress echocardiography
