VDH requires a dedicated software QA tester to ensure the success of a high-profile high-priority EHR implementation.
NA% ON-SITE at first and then they will re-evaluate.
VDH is implementing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) to enhance its patient-focused capabilities. The chosen system is replacing a legacy application that covers patient care scheduling billing and more. The need for a dedicated software QA tester is critical to success of this effort.
Duties will primarily include using the Cerner Millenium toolset to test the application to ensure it meets user requirements validate changes along the way validate that user stories are built correctly / completely and assist with coordinating these efforts across multiple functional workgroups. Required/Desired Skills Skill Required /Desired Amount of Exp in yrs Consultant Experience Consultant Last Used Software testing including interface integration smoke and regression Required 5 Cerner Millenium-focused testing products Highly desired 3 Testing of claims billing and processing systems Highly desired 3 Public Health-related IT development and / or testing Highly desired 3 Hospital (public private or non-profit) healthcare-related IT development and / or testing Nice to have 3 Questions No. Question Consultant Answer Question1 Commonwealth of Virginia security policies prohibit the use of offshore IT contractors.
