Job Title: Fuel Cell Sealer (M22BI4)
Location: Renton WA
Duration: 3 Months
Rate: $46 Hourly
Per Diem of $110.00 weekly available for relocating candidates
Description :
Apply scotch cast leveling compound aerodynamic seal and pressure test working from drawings documents process specifications quality control requirements and established processes and procedures.
The Company will provide appropriate assistance in job training to enable employees to perform all necessary job functions including the following:
Work with blueprints changes specifications work orders etc. sealing to quality requirements.
Complete required data gathering transactions to facilitate all sealer progression.
Perform any and all required pickup rework fabrication change incorporation functional testing or check during or after final seal and/or seal progression.
Use measuring instruments as required to accomplish work assignments
Report and/or investigate job handicaps such as: errors assembly procedures tools sequences etc.
Support the continuous flow of product within the manufacturing process by training coaching and assisting employees of all classification levels.
Document any discrepancies according to specification process and procedure.
Temporarily attach parts and or assemblies install collars and other hardware not related to drilling or countersinking.
1. Integral Fuel Cell Sealing - Apply sealing compounds to seal fuel cell and related wing
section components.
2. Additionally the employee must have the skill and knowledge to perform one or more of the skills listed below along with any lower level sealant level described below:
Sealer - Major Assembly / Large structure sealing / Aerodynamic seal

Pre-requisites: SEA092 - Post Assembly Sealing of Aircraft Structures

Course Description: This course is designed to train personnel to safely and properly prepare seal and inspect integral fuel tank structures to ensure the containment of fuel.
