Overview:
We are seeking a Travel & Logistics Coordinator with experience supporting construction operations. This role will be responsible for managing all travel and logistical needs of project staff ensuring seamless support for both short-term and long-term assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange flights housing and rental cars for traveling staff working on construction projects.
- Support relocation and mobilization for long-term project assignments.
- Coordinate with field and project teams to ensure timely travel and housing arrangements.
- Manage vendor relationships for travel agencies housing providers and rental companies.
- Track travel expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide on-call support for last-minute travel changes or emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in travel coordination logistics or project administration within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with travel booking systems.
