Job Summary

The Drake Devonshire is seeking an experienced reliable dishwasher who is looking to join a fast-paced kitchen team. We currently have one position available which offers the opportunity to work with a fantastic culinary team with a busy day and night time operation including regular and special events business. If you are seeking a challenging fun great learning environment and potential growth the Drake is ideal for you.
Responsibilities
- Washing all dishes and cooking equipment
- Maintain clear and open communication with the Back of House team
- Sort stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner
- Emptying garbages and recycling
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Helping with small kitchen prep as required
- Maintaining detergent and sanitizer levels for dishwashing machines and sinks
- Restocking hand wash sinks with soaps and paper towels
- Maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen and receiving areas
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time work in a wet and confined area with elevated temperatures and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience assisting in other areas of the Back of House is an asset
