Position Details
Role: VPK Lead Teacher
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $17/hour (based on experience and education)

Qualifications
To be considered youll need:
CDA or a degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
Completion of the 45-hour DCF training
Current First Aid & CPR certification
At least 2 years of experience in a licensed child care setting
VPK classroom experience required
What Youll Do
Create and lead engaging age-appropriate lessons aligned with Florida VPK standards
Foster a safe and nurturing environment where children thrive
Build strong family connections sharing progress and insights
Ensure compliance with health safety and licensing regulations
