Position Overview:

As part of the talented Outboard Engine Build team you will perform a variety of manufacturing assembly related processes to meet the production schedule.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform assembly activities as required via trained procedures and/or work instructions

  • Can disassemble a mechanical system & reassemble it correctly

  • Engine assembly experience

  • Long block assembly capability

  • Gear set assembly transmission and automotive differential experience

  • Experience using various assembly tools & measuring devices

  • Perform repetitive processes to meet production needs

  • Perform as required final testing of component assemblies in the formof:pressuredecay test spin /torqometertest etc.

  • Performs all required activities in a safe and quality conscious manner

  • Attend company provided meetings and training as required

  • Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with Procedures and Plant SafetyRules

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 yeartechnical school training

  • 3-8 years of experience in related field

  • Working knowledge of LSS ISO & Safety methodologies

Working Conditions:

  • 1st shift Hours are 5:30am-2:00pm.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Occasionally Sitting Squatting Stooping and Crouching.
  • Frequently Standing and Walking
  • Required Personal Protective Equipment as per task (safety glasses / safety shoes / etc.)

The anticipated pay range for this position is $41500-$62300 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills relevant experience business needs and geographic addition to base pay this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

At Brunswick it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidates qualifications and the business context.
