Oelo the leader in permanent holiday lighting solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Order Processing and Customer Service Representative. This entry-level position is responsible for answering the main phone line processing orders from our website entering data into our accounting software and generating packing lists. The role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer the companys main phone line promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries providing product information and resolving issues related to orders.
- Accurately process incoming website orders by entering customer details order quantities and pricing into the companys accounting software
- Create accurate packing lists for order fulfillment coordinating with warehouse or inventory teams to ensure timely delivery
- Review orders for accuracy including product details quantities and customer information to prevent errors in fulfillment
- Respond to customer emails and calls regarding order status shipping details or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions in the companys database
- Work closely with sales warehouse and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and solve any issues
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but not required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening
