As a Senior Talent Management associate within the Global Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE) you will play a pivotal role in shaping optimizing and communicating talent programs that enhance employee engagement onboarding and cultural integration across Flowserves global workforce. You will serve as a strategic connector between global talent strategy and enterprise-wide activation ensuring programs are scalable impactful and aligned with Flowserves purpose and values. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration strategic thinking and driving change through meaningful employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Career & Performance Enablement
Contribute to the design and global optimization of career development tools and frameworks that promote internal mobility retention and growth.
Partner with global stakeholders to embed career conversations and feedback into the flow of work especially during key transitions such as role changes manager feedback sessions and stay conversations.
Support the global deployment of performance management processes (e.g. goal setting reviews calibration) and ensure alignment with business needs and cultural diversity.
Engagement & Listening
Lead global listening efforts including surveys and feedback loops to understand employee experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate insights into strategic recommendations and partner with global teams to drive program enhancements.
Activate global support mechanisms that help employees navigate transitions and stay connected to Flowserves culture.
Onboarding & Lifecycle Experience
Shape and deliver globally consistent onboarding experiences that reflect Flowserves values and standards while allowing for local cultural relevance.
Enhance lifecycle touchpoints by embedding scalable tools and resources that support employees during moments that matter.
Ensure onboarding for new people leaders is globally aligned engaging and reflective of Flowserves leadership expectations.
Culture Enablement & Brand Activation
Support the global embedding of Flowserves purpose values and employee value proposition across talent programs and communications.
Partner with global communications and talent acquisition teams to activate employment brand efforts and ensure consistency in cultural messaging.
Coordinate global training workshops and engagement initiatives that reinforce cultural integration and belonging.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
Monitor and report on global engagement and onboarding metrics identifying trends and opportunities for program optimization.
Maintain dashboards or scorecards to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
Provide feedback to global COE teams to support continuous improvement and innovation in talent programs.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in organizational development IO Psychology Marketing Communications or a related field.
5 years of experience in Talent Management Employee Engagement and/or Brand Communications ideally in a global or multinational context.
Strong understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and global business environments.
Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; HR systems (e.g. Workday LMS platforms) experience and creative authoring tools preferred.
