Job Description

Purpose: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of company-owned or leased construction equipment and vehicles.


Qualifications/Experience:

  • At least 4 years of relevant mechanical or equipment repair experience including work on tools small engines trucks mini excavators directional drills etc.
  • Ability to perform welding and minor fabrication.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across a variety of heavy and light equipment.
  • Excellent attendance is a must
  • Valid drivers license is mandatory.
  • High school diploma or GED required

Physical Demands:

  • Work is performed in a shop or jobsite setting. Conditions may be hot or cold depending on the season.
  • Work site conditions can be loud at times.
  • While performing the duties of this position the employee will be required to stand walk kneel crawl climb stoop and bend.
  • Periodic lifting of 10 to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
