What youll do:

• Perform maintenance preventive maintenance and repair of rental equipment and tools involving mechanical electrical hydraulic and diesel systems

• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis

• Demonstrate a wide array of complex equipment for customers

• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts

• Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

• 1-2 years of experience repairing/maintaining vehicles and equipment; or trade school graduate

• Must own tools applicable to position

• Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams

• Superior customer service teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.

Voici dailleurs quelques-unes des principales tâches:

• Assurer lentretien lentretien préventif et la réparation des outils et équipements de location notamment des systèmes mécaniques électriques hydrauliques et diesels.

• Tenir à jour la documentation écrite ou électronique associée aux travaux effectués (bons de travail) de manière exhaustive chaque jour dans les délais prescrits.

• Effectuer la démonstration dune vaste gamme déquipements complexes auprès des clients.

• Participer au ramassage et à la livraison des équipements et des pièces.

• Réaliser les autres tâches demandées en fonction des besoins.

Exigences du poste:

• Diplôme détudes secondaires ou équivalent.

• Permis de conduire valide assorti dun dossier de conduite jugé acceptable.

• Expérience dun à deuxans en réparation ou en entretien de véhicules et déquipements; ou diplôme délivré par une école de métiers.

• Possession des outils applicables au poste obligatoire.

• Compréhension fondamentale des schémas et des diagrammes.

• Service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure esprit déquipe et capacité à communiquer aussi bien à loral quà lécrit.

• Capacité à soulever fréquemment des objets pouvant peser jusquà 20kg (45lb).

As a Mechanic - Pump (Service Tech II) within the Fluid division at United Rentals youll use your skills to perform maintenance tasks as well as minor repairs on equipment in a safe and professional manner. You will be responsible for troubleshooting maintenance and repair of dryers and pumps. Every day you can improve and challenge yourself and if you have the desire and ambition youll have the potential to work towards higher level Tech roles in our Service Department. Like every member of our team we will rely on you to provide exceptional customer service to our customers.

What youll do:

• Perform service documentation

• Train lower level Technicians

• Demonstrate equipment for customers

• Travel to customer sites

• Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years of experience with repairing and maintaining dryers and pumps of various sizes capacities and manufacturers

• Knowledge of construction equipment

• Strong mechanical background knowledge particularly with various engines

• Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams

• Own the tools applicable to position

• Superior customer service teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.

• Maintenance and repair of mechanical electrical hydraulic and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools

• Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of experience with repairing and maintaining diesel engines or HVAC equipment

• Intermediate diagnostic and repair skills for mechanical hydraulic diesel pneumatic and other systems

• Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams

• Own the tools applicable to position

• Superior customer service teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.

• Checkout familiarize and demonstrate a wider array of more complex Tools for customers

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of experience repairing/maintaining Specialty Tools and equipment; or trade school graduate

• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools

• Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams

• Basic knowledge of diagnostic equipment

• Must own tools applicable to position

• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

• Superior customer service teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

• CDL preferred or the ability to get

• 1-2 years of automotive/ light truck and/or diesel experience for repairing/maintaining commercial and utility trucks; or trade school graduate

• Must own tools applicable to position

• Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams

• Superior customer service teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
