These disruptions may stem from natural or human-caused incidents affecting business locations technology infrastructure vendors and employees. The Business Resiliency Support Services team a key function within CCB Business Resiliency encompasses Quality Controls Reporting and Tooling/Automation. This team is responsible for ensuring processes are executed in alignment with firmwide and business standards while also implementing solutions to enhance the Resiliency and Delivery Management (RDM) program.
As a Business Resiliency Controls Manager within RDM Quality and Controls you will be highly skilled and have a strong background in Risk Management with the ability to assess policies for operational adherence. You will have foundational knowledge of audit management and control testing methodologies as well as the ability to interpret and leverage data/automation tools to make informed data-based this role you will possess a leadership mindset with the ability to influence and develop others and will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Key components of your role will also include ross-functional teamwork problem-solving and the development of effective solutions.
