POSITION SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for front desk services maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere for members and guests.
PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Screens members verifying member / guest status
- Answers telephone takes messages and transfers calls
- Directs members to appropriate staff / schedules appointments
- Answers questions about hours of operation check in policy guest fees swim team and other scheduled events.
- Rings up sales of merchandise and guest fees.
- Keeps reception desk neat and clean.
- Display excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to provide excellent service to members and guests.
- Show excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Illustrate and promote attention to detail.
