Job Description
CIRC a full service restaurant located within The Madison Concourse hotel has an opening for a Part Time Weekend Server. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch from 7am-2pm daily. We are looking for someone who enjoys being a part of a team recognizes the importance of providing exceptional service and can give our guests a positive and memorable experience every day. The ideal candidate will have availability to work Saturday and Sunday mornings from 6:45am-2pm. Additional hours may be available depending on business needs. Wage: base tips average wage $15-$22/hr. with a guarantee of $15/hr.
In addition to demonstrating exceptional service to our guests you will:
- Present the menu answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and service
- Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars
- Garnish and decorate dishes prior to serving
- Observe diners respond to any additional requests and determine when meal has been completed
- Total the bill and process payment
- Ladle soup dish saladsportion pies and desserts brew coffee and perform other services as necessary
- Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
- Wrap silverware and complete other side work
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualified applicants must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test background check and reference checks. The Madison Concourse Hotel is a drug free workplace.
