Job Summary

We are seeking a well-organized and tech-savvy temp to support our clients application assistance to support their team. This position will provide focused one-on-one support to applicants throughout the application process. This bilingual role emphasizes helping applicants with document uploads clarifying questions offering technical assistance and referring them to official guidelines when needed. This temp ensures that applicants receive detailed guidance to successfully complete their submissions. They will use Excel SharePoint Outlook Submittable Zoom and Teams daily. Once the application window has closed this role will transition into supporting the application scoring process which requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Key Responsibilities
Provide in-depth individualized support on document uploads and application requirements.
Guide applicants through the content of application questions offering clarity and direction.
Offer technical assistance to troubleshoot platform and submission issues.
Refer applicants back to official guidelines as needed to ensure compliance.
Respond to assigned emails promptly and accurately.
Support the phone line during open hours ensuring follow-ups within 24 hours.
Be available during office hours for applicant support.
Participate in and facilitate Zoom calls for real-time assistance.
