About the Role
As our Automotive Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading motivating mentoring and coaching a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Youll play a key role in driving dealership growth managing inventory and ensuring every customer leaves completely satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily activities of the sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet dealership goals
- Train and mentor sales staff to ensure high performance
- Monitor inventory and manage vehicle pricing and promotions
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with other departments (F&I service marketing) to ensure seamless operations
- Track performance metrics and report to upper management
Qualifications
- 3 years of automotive sales experience (management experience preferred)
- Strong leadership communication andorganizational skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
- Working knowledge of dealership CRM and inventory management systems
- A passion for the automotive industry and customer service excellence
- Valid drivers license
