Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic people-focused organisation Were seeking a confident and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your generalist expertise to a role that touches every corner of the employee experience.

About the Role

As our Senior HR Advisor youll be a trusted partner to managers and employees alike providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle. From employee relations and performance management to recruitment policy development and organisational change youll play a key role in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality HR advice and support to managers and colleagues across all departments

  • Lead on employee relations cases ensuring fair and consistent outcomes

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes helping attract and retain top talent

  • Contribute to policy development and implementation

  • Drive initiatives around employee engagement wellbeing and diversity & inclusion

  • Collaborate on organisational change projects including restructures and TUPE where applicable

  • Coach and mentor HR team members

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role ideally at a senior level

  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and discretion

  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience

  • Must be willing to travel across the North West
