Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to a Technology Supervisor with expertise in Oracle and district operations.

• Partners closely with HRl Finance Payroll and other Oracle Cloud stakeholders.

What Youll Do

• Provide day-to-day Oracle Cloud user support including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Ensure payroll HR and finance processes run accurately and on time.

• Support testing validation and rollout of new system fixes and enhancements.

• Track and document issues escalating when necessary.

• Deliver training and guidance to end users for smoother adoption.

• Collaborate with district staff vendors and community partners to align system improvements with organizational needs.

• Assist with departmental program administration including monitoring evaluation and compliance reporting.

• Supervise project staff and manage workflow when required.

What You Bring

You meet one of the following education/experience pathways:

• Option A: Masters in Behavioral Sciences Human Services Public/Business Administration Public Health or related field 2 years of administrative/supervisory experience.

• Option B: Bachelors in one of the above fields 3 years of related experience (2 years in admin/supervisory capacity).

• Option C: Bachelors in any field 4 years of related experience (2 years in admin/supervisory capacity).

• Option D: Equivalent combination of training and experience.

Additional Skills We Value:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (HR Finance or Payroll modules preferred).

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Clear communicatorable to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

• Highly organized detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with public sector or education settings is a plus.

Special Requirements

• Must receive clearance from the New York State Education Department
