In this role youll support the financial operations of the dealership by managing vendor payments ensuring accuracy in financial records and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in an office setting or administrative support role
- A courteous and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- A positive team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
Responsibilities Include:
- Entering invoices and processing payments
- Maintaining accurate expenditure records
- Verifying invoices against purchase orders
- Managing petty cash and reconciling vendor statements
- Preparing 1099s and assisting with month-end closings
- Supporting accounts receivable and other special projects
- Responding to vendor inquiries
- Maintaining a neat and professional work area
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive dealership accountingstrongly preferred
- Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus
- Proficiency with standard accounting and office software
- Strong customer service communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening (THC not included in the screen)
