Marsh is seeking candidates to join us as Junior Client Advisor for our Risk Management Team based in Milan. This department serves our largest Clients and Prospects with a turnover of more than 350million ranging from Financial Institutions Food & Beverage Fashion & Retail to Manufacturing Automotive & Mobility industries.

We will count on you to:

  • Support the definition and improvement of strategies for acquiring new clients by collaborating with the senior team and participating in market research and analysis activities.

  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key clients by providing operational support and helping prepare materials and communications.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of insurance and advisory solutions by gathering data preparing documentation and supporting administrative activities.

  • Help achieve sales goals by assisting in the management of the client portfolio preparing sales presentations and organizing meetings and calls.

  • Support contract and fee negotiations by drafting documents and collecting necessary information.

  • Stay updated on industry developments and trends by participating in training activities and supporting the organization of events and conferences.

  • Ensure adherence to Marshs Company Values and internal policies by collaborating with colleagues and various stakeholders to foster the growth of the business unit.

What you need to have:

  • Master Degree in Economics Law or similar;

  • Fluency in both Italian and English languages.

  • Interest and curiosity towards the Food & Beverage Financial Fashion Automotive or Manufacturing industries with a willingness to deepen and develop specific skills.

  • Motivation to learn and understand insurance products and the insurance brokerage market.

  • Analytical mindset ability to gather information and willingness to acquire increasingly in-depth knowledge of the relevant industries.
