Job Description

Per-Course Instructor of Introductory Psychology
We are seeking a per-course instructor to teach Introductory Psychology at Coe College. This is an excellent opportunity for graduate students interested in pursuing careers at teaching-focused institutions.
Our department is committed to fostering collaboration and supporting our faculty members and we offer our resources and materials to facilitate the professional growth and success of our colleagues.
The successful candidate will teach one or two sections of Introductory Psychology for the Spring 2026 semester.
Course description:
PSY-100 Introductory Psychology: Introduces students to the basic concepts theories and methods in the study of behavior and mental processes. Provides a basic understanding of psychology for interested students who may take this as their only course in psychology as well as for future majors.
Qualifications:
  • ABD preferred
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
