With the grand opening of Tustin KIA in November 2025 were building a brand-new state-of-the-art dealership facility at the Tustin Auto Center. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing team from the very beginning at what is expected to become one of the largest KIA dealerships in the United States.
We are seeking a dedicated Parts Counter Professional ready to step into leadership as an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of automotive parts department experience required (2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory control stock management and ordering
- Experience supporting technicians writing repair orders and fulfilling parts requests
- Familiarity with parts catalogs manufacturer systems and inventory software
- Strong communication and customer service skills (internal and external customers)
- Detail-oriented reliable punctual and team-focused
- Career-minded professional ready to grow into leadership
