Job Description
Collects finished products from production staff and tests them for compliance with internal and customer requirements. QC Tech in this position must possess the ability to operate computer test equipment with established parameters compile the results and report the results into a serial database.

Position Summary
The QC Technician ensures that finished products meet internal standards and customer requirements by performing functional tests and inspections. This position involves operating computer-based test equipment verifying product compliance and documenting results in our serial database.
* QC Tech must have the ability to read and write and comprehend instructions
* Lift at least 10 pounds
* Standing sitting walking 8 hours
Responsibilities
Perform tests based on product specifications and testing procedures.
Set up and operate computer equipment according to work instructions.
Accurately document test results and maintain records in the serial database.
Inspect products for aesthetic and functional defects.
Verify labeling for accuracy and compliance.
Confirm proper operational setup before release.
Report and document non-conformance issues.
Notify production teams of any out-of-spec or out-of-control results.
Maintain clear and professional communication with the quality and production departments.
Follow all company policies safety rules and procedures.
1 year experience in Quality Control or related field (electronics preferred).
Proficiency with Windows-based PCs and related software.
Familiarity with PC-controlled test equipment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to perform basic math (addition subtraction multiplication division).
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to read write and comprehend technical instructions.
Physical ability to lift at least 10 lbs and stand/walk for an 8-hour shift.
