Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Are You:
- Familiar with reading batch tickets and verifying work accuracy
- Experienced in packaging products and pick-and-pull operations
- Detail-oriented with a keen attention to detail
- Able to work independently
Job Function:
As a Batch Maker Trainee your responsibilities will include:
- Packaging finished products in various containers and labeling them correctly.
- Pulling measuring weighing and blending products to batch ticket specifications (water solvent UV/EB or oil-based).
- Completing documentation accurately by recording information on batch tickets and inspecting products.
- Communicating discrepancies to management.
- Following safety and regulatory compliance procedures.
- Conducting inventory control activities and maintaining adherence to The Kao Way standards.
- Performing additional duties assigned by production management.
Skills for Success:
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 6 months or more of warehouse experience preferred.
- Prior experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment is a plus.
- Forklift experience a plus but will be trained.
Communication:
- Ability to read batch tickets (work orders or invoices).
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team depending on business needs.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand walk bend kneel stoop crouch crawl climb and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and maneuver 500 pound drums using a drum truck.
