Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $85000 - $95000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with group sizes averaging 20-50 lives.
- Handle day-to-day servicing needs including preparing spreadsheets building presentations and assisting with renewals.
- Collaborate with brokers during client meetings and presentations occasionally presenting to small groups.
- Quote new and renewal business as part of a balanced workload.
- Utilize software tools such as BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator to manage accounts effectively.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the employee benefits industry. Self-funded experience is preferred.
- Licenses/Designations: L&H (Life and Health) license required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software.
- Soft Skills: Friendly responsible team-oriented and self-motivated.
- Travel: Local travel may be required for client presentations.
