Job Summary

We are looking for a team member with a WOW personality who can handle a fast-paced environment and is detail oriented. The perfect candidate will be passionate about health and nutrition and would like to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle.

The hours are as follows:

Mon 8:15am-12:15pm and 1:45pm-7:15
Tue 12:45pm-7:15pm
Wed 8:15am-12:15pm and 1:45pm-7:15
Thurs 12:45pm-7:15pm
Fri 7:45am-1:15pm

Along with opening and closing procedures general duties for this position Include (but are not limited to):

oEnthusiastically greet and check in patients

oSchedule appointments in person or on telephone always with a smile

oManage front desk collections

oCoordinate chiropractors schedules with patients appointments

oPassionately provide patients with education about our chiropractic procedures and equipment

oTake and verify insurance information from patients

oStock procedure rooms with supplies and ensure that supplies are always available

oEnsure appropriate filing and record keeping procedures

oHandle patient data entry procedures as per protocol

oMaintain patients accounts and financial information in a professional manner

oAlways be willing to give a hand to another team member
