Job Summary

As a Senior training instructor for the Fleet RP and Chemistry Programs you will be tasked with:

Key Accountabilities

Coordinate training program requirements typically including the following:

Schedule and support Program and/or Curriculum Review Committee meetings

Develop meeting agendas based on training program requirements

Gather and present supporting training data for the Program/Curriculum Review Committees

Assign and track action items

Identify training program problems to management for resolution.

Develop and implement resolutions to complex nuclear training program corrective actions and improvement items.

Maintain training program documentation consistent with nuclear industry training requirements.

Prepare and present the following typical Nuclear Training Materials consistent with the Systematic Approach to Training: Lesson Plans Lesson Notes Job Performance Measures (JPM) Laboratory Guides Simulator Guides Workbooks

Education Experience & Skill Requirements

High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience

Strong work ethic focused on timely completion of assigned work procedure compliance and leadership

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
