Operations Manager
Beaver PA (In-Office Only)
Our SEC-registered RIA client is looking for a hands-on Manager to keep our people operations compliance program and office administration running smoothly. This role is critical to ensuring the firm operates efficiently meets regulatory standards and supports our team in doing their best work.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (Approx. 40%)
Administer payroll benefits PTO and leave tracking accurately and on time.
Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding records management offboarding.
Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and internal HR policies.
Support recruiting efforts and coordinate background checks job postings and candidate communication.
Assist with performance review and training processes.
Compliance (Approx. 30%)
Maintain accurate books and records to meet SEC Rule 204-2.
Assist with annual compliance reviews regulatory filings (ADV U4/U5 CRS) and exam readiness.
Monitor Code of Ethics attestations disclosures licensing and continuing education.
Coordinate marketing material reviews and support the Chief Compliance Officer.
Office Operations (Approx. 30%)
Oversee daily office operations supplies and vendor relationships.
Manage scheduling meetings and company events.
Ensure the office environment remains professional organized and client-ready.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business HR Finance or related field preferred.
3 years of HR compliance or office management experience (RIA/financial services strongly preferred).
Knowledge of SEC regulations (Rules 204-2 206(4)-7 206(4)-1).
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/CRM systems.
