We are looking for Polish Danish and Swedish-speaking Products Support Specialists (with English) to join our customer care team in this role you will support customers with orders deliveries and product settings ensuring an excellent customer experience
Provide customer support in Polish Danish or Swedish English via phone email and chat.
Assist customers with order processing deliveries and returns.
Document interactions accurately and follow up when needed.
Collaborate with the team to achieve service quality targets.
Native/near-native level in Polish Danish or Swedish (C2).
Very good command of English (B2).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience.
Interest in technology health and wearable devices is a plus.
Availability to work on-site in Sofia.
4 weeks of fully paid on-site training.
