Who Are We Looking For
Superfeet is looking for a Jr System Administrator who will be responsible for enthusiastically supporting our end users and their utilization of our office computer equipment related peripherals devices and backend infrastructure.
They will be responsible for providing support for the workstations servers network equipment and all related devices and services located locally and in the cloud.
This persons time will be divided between supporting backend systems and services IT projects and end user support.
They will also assist in managing the IT Help Desk ticketing system as well as providing timely resolutions to tickets assigned to them. They will be responsible for demonstrating a sufficient level of skills and knowledge in the above tasks as well as an aptitude for problem-solving and a desire for continued growth.
This position reports to the Director of IT. As part of the IT department you will contribute to day-to-day activities and special projects as required.
