Admissions Counselor
In-Office or Remote Hybrid
Full-Time
Starting Salary: $50000
Schedule - Monday -Friday 8 am to 4 pm AZ time

At Embark Behavioral Health were on a mission to help families healand were looking for a high-performing Admissions Counselor with strong sales skills to join our growing team. This is your chance to combine empathy with persuasion to help families navigate the life-changing decision to seek treatment.
Responsibilities
- Help families (over the phone) get admitted to one of Embarks mental health treatment programs.
- Conduct a initial assessment of their needs.
- Coordinate the admission process.
- Liaison with programs and other departments to get kids help!
- Become competent in Embark and industry programs.
- Enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce).
- Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way.
- Participate in team and weekly meetings.
- Bring a growth mindset with passion and dedication for admissions and mental health
Qualifications
- Experience working in behavioral health admission highly desirable.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Empathy & compassion coupled with a competitive nature and ability to overcome challenges is required along with exceptional phone skills and team work.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bi lingual - Spanish to English desired.
