We are looking for
Customer Service Specialist
at our location in Comonfort Gto (México).
Your tasks:
Maintain communication with the client as frequently as each client requests.
Receive (PDF EDI portals depending on the client) analyze and provide timely feedback to the client regarding variations in demand.
Update client requirements in SAP (manual demand or closed purchase orders) and monitor for automatic demand transmission errors (EMFOR).
Generate shipping plans (as frequently as each client requests) inform the warehouse and monitor compliance.
Monitor that shipments to the client are made in a timely manner and inform the client if required.
After shipment send the applicable documentation to each client (packing list invoice ASN etc. as applicable).
1.- 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company preferably automotive
2.- Intermediate English
3.- SAP Knowledge
