WHO YOU ARE:

We are seeking a highly skilled Peoplesoft Technical Consultant with 1015 yearsof experience in Peoplesoft development customization and integration. The idealcandidate should be capable of handling end-to-end technical design anddevelopment collaborating with functional teams and ensuring smooth deliveryof Peoplesoft projects. This role requires working during US business hours toalign with our clients and stakeholders.

WHAT YOULL DO:

Design develop and customize Peoplesoft applications to meet business
Work on PeopleTools Application Designer Application Engine
Component Interface Integration Broker Workflow and SQR/BI
Handle Peoplesoft upgrades patches and migrations.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and convertbthem into technical solutions.
Develop and optimize PeopleCode SQL and performance tuning.
Manage system interfaces integrations (SOAP/REST APIs third-party tools)and security aspects.
Support production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Document technical designs configurations and procedures.
Mentor junior team members when needed.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

6 years of strong technical expertise in Peoplesoft HRMS/Finance
Deep knowledge of PeopleTools 8.x PeopleCode Application EngineIntegration Broker SQR and BI Publisher.
Experience with Peoplesoft upgrades PUM images and tools upgrades.
Strong background in SQL PL/SQL and database performance tuning.
Experience with Peoplesoft Fluid UI and responsive design preferred.
Familiarity with cloud hosting environments (AWS/Oracle Cloud) is a plus.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment
Work Timing - Must be flexible to work in US business hours.
