NO Relocation or Housing Provided ONLY UNDERGRADUATES (currently enrolled) for Spring 2026 MUST be able to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) Description The Business Analyst Co-op will gain hands-on experience in supporting technology initiatives process improvement projects and data analysis efforts that directly impact RWI Logistics growth and efficiency. Working both independently and within cross-functional teams this role will help evaluate business processes analyze data and contribute to the design of technology-driven solutions. This position provides exposure to logistics operations project management and continuous improvement practices while developing analytical technical and professional skills in a dynamic 3PL environment. Duties and responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: - Participate in technology and process improvement projects (e.g. Lean/Six Sigma initiatives continuous improvement and new application implementations).
- Assist with project management tasks such as documentation progress tracking and communication with stakeholders.
- Analyze real business data to identify trends patterns and opportunities that support key company initiatives.
- Investigate system or process issues document findings and collaborate with departments to evaluate and propose solutions.
- Utilize the Transportation Management System (TMS) to track and manage customer shipments ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
- Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements for business processes and technology enhancements.
- Support the design and documentation of new systems or process changes including developing training materials or user guides.
- Perform other duties and project support as assigned.
Qualifications Qualifications to perform the job successfully include: - Sophomore Junior or Senior year student currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Data Analytics Operations Management Supply Chain or a related field.
- Coursework or experience in Business Analytics Information Systems or Logistics/Transportation preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel (data analysis pivot tables reporting).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities with confidence in working across departments.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to executional excellence and outstanding customer service.
