Job Description
- 7 years of proven leadership experience in managing performant teams delivering a culture of growth passion and innovation.
- Deep knowledge of the mobile app ecosystem including monetization strategies and subscription models.
- Experience developing and leading marketing strategies that led to increased user growth and long-term retention of a consumer facing service app or game.
- Proven success in originating and delivering B2B marketing programs ideally for a developer ecosystem.
- Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders across marketing product and business teams; thrives working on highly collaborative projects effective at building consensus fostering trust handling decisions with ease while navigating ambiguity.
- Expertise in customer engagement marketing and developer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Experience measuring performance marketing programs and optimizing based on data-driven insights.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking KPIs.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to translate business goals into actionable and impactful marketing programs.
- Understanding of the mobile payments ecosystem and its impact on app marketing strategies.
- Experience with either using or developing marketing technology tools automation and AI to streamline operations to help increase efficiency and output.
