Manager Infrastructure Operations

About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedInfrastructure Operations Managerto lead and optimize infrastructure services across data center and cloud environments. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership ensuring high availability security and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee infrastructure operations supporting a24x7 environment ensuring 99.9% uptime and SLA compliance.
- Provide technical leadership for system upgrades cloud adoption and complex troubleshooting.
- Act as aLevel-3 escalation point leading root cause analysis and major incident resolution.
- Participate in on-call rotation and serve as lead for major outages (1-hour SLA).
- Plan lifecycle refresh and upgrades across server storage network and cloud.
- Drive monitoring automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of systems engineers fostering collaboration and best practices.
- Partner with IT leadership to align infrastructure strategy standards and security.
Qualifications
- 10 years of infrastructure operations/architecture experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise with:
- VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
- Microsoft Server () Active Directory DNS/DHCP
- Office 365 Azure Cloud DR solutions VEEAM SCOM IDERA
- SAN (NetApp) Brocade switches networking (LAN/WAN TCP/IP)
- Client/Dell server and blade systems
- Proven experience implementing monitoring and disaster recovery solutions (RPO/RTO).
- Demonstrated success managing and developing technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to leadership.
