Job Summary
Elements is growing and ambitious! As part of our exciting expansion we are moving from Almere to Amsterdam. To lead our projects in the right direction within a challenging and ever-changing environment were looking for a Digital Project Manager.
In this role you will serve as the central point of contact bridging the gap between our clients and the development team. Your effective management of these relationships will be key to delivering projects on time within budget and to scope leading to successful outcomes that make everyone proud.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle ensuring all projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and the internal team ensuring seamless communication and proactive support to address client needs.
- Problem-Solving: Act as the teams central resource for project-related issues collaborating with them to identify and implement pragmatic solutions.
- Team Communication & Culture: Communicate company values strategy and objectives to the team and actively work to maintain a positive and open work environment.
- Continuous Learning: Maintain a strong willingness to learn about new technologies and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively support the team and guide project decisions.
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a tech company (ideally in an agency environment); preferably led a few mid-size projects;
- Strong organisational skills with a solution oriented attitude;
- A commercial eye and a natural interest in technology;
- Good conversational level of Dutch and excellent English language and communication skills;
- Motivator and a true team-player;
- Due to the urgency for this role we only consider candidates who are already based in the Netherlands.
