We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in a work-from-home environment. You will be responsible for gathering processing and analyzing large datasets and translating your findings into meaningful reports for stakeholders across various departments. This position requires exceptional analytical skills a knack for problem-solving and the ability to communicate complex data insights in an accessible manner to non-technical audiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and assist in the design of effective data management frameworks. Responsibilities
- Collect process and analyze large sets of data using statistical techniques and tools.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights to stakeholders.
- Identify trends patterns and anomalies in data to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data solutions.
- Design and implement data management and reporting frameworks.
- Present findings and insights to non-technical audiences in an understandable format.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through meticulous data validation and cleansing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and programming languages (e.g. SQL Python R).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with data management and database technologies (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL).
