About the Role
As an Investigator youll play a key role in safeguarding our business our people and our customers. This is more than an investigations role its about ensuring that integrity underpins every aspect of our operations and helping us identify and solve issues before they become problems. Youll make a direct impact on how Tabcorp continues to build trust and credibility with regulators stakeholders and the community.
In this role you will:
- Conduct investigations into potential breaches of policies codes of conduct and regulatory obligations.
- Manage sensitive whistleblower and workplace relations investigations with confidentiality and care.
- Prepare high-quality Management Reports and where required represent Tabcorp in proceedings.
- Liaise with law enforcement regulators and statutory authorities to ensure transparent and professional outcomes.
- Identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to strengthen processes and reduce future risk.
- Deliver timely clear and accurate reporting that supports decision-making and reinforces accountability.
About You

- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure.
- Collaborative and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
