HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- The Director of Nursing (DON) assumes authority responsibility and accountability for the delivery of nursing services in the facility.
- In collaboration with facility Administrator and Medical Director the DON must ensure the highest level of nursing practice across the facility.
- The collaboration of services is paramount.
- The DON must possess and demonstrate a high degree of leadership knowledge of healthcare systems and exceptional communication skills.
- A superior understanding of regulatory requirements patient care models administrative functions and patient advocacy skills is important to the overall needs for this position.

- RN/Nurse Manager
WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Bachelors of Science of Nursing
Preferred Education:
Required Experience:
- Five (5) years of job-related experience
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS) Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations) Chapter 464 (Nursing) Part I (Nurse Practice Act) includes multistate compact licensure
