Job Summary

How youll make an impact:

The Sales Operations Associate will serve as a critical partner to our sales team ensuring they have the insights tools and processes needed to drive growth and efficiency. This role blends data-driven analysis with operational ownershiphelping to shape pricing strategies strengthen reporting and forecasting and maintain the integrity of key sales systems. Youll also act as a champion for process improvement and automation while equipping our teams with the sales intelligence and resources they need to this role you will:

  • Develop and audit renewal pricebooks to ensure accuracy and alignment with pricing strategy
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and KPI packages to track sales and renewal performance
  • Analyze data trends to forecast pipeline bookings and revenue outcomes
  • Lead sales intelligence tools implementation training and ongoing enablement
  • Streamline workflows by identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation
  • Maintain Salesforce accuracy by managing data integrity for growth-related fields
  • Support pricing operations through upkeep and optimization of sales pricing tools

What were looking for:

  • 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related role.
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities; demonstrated experience with data analysis forecasting and building reports to support business decisions.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Salesforce (required); familiarity with BI/analytics tools (Tableau Power BI Looker or similar).
  • Experience with sales intelligence tools such as Gong LinkedIn Navigator and Definitive Healthcare including implementation configuration and user enablement.
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvement and automation in sales operations.
  • Strong focus on accuracy data integrity and quality control across pricing reporting and forecasting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and support sales team members on tools and processes.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced evolving environment with shifting priorities and cross-functional collaboration.

Estimated Salary Range: $

Actual salary will be determined based on factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
